One of my friend studying in one of them.  The program is good for Engineers those who involved or like to build his career in Engineering Management.

So check the website...details is given there.

http://www.upcomillas.es/emin/default.aspx

How you can get scholarship?

My dear KUETINS many of you (my friends, seniors and juniors) asked me about "scholarships/ funding" for higher studies. I was waiting for a mail from my teachers/ seniors providing this topics. Some of them wrote to built up confidence (I appreciate it). But nobody wrote mail how to get scholarships. I wrote here that I did to search scholarships(from my own point of view). Don't think that scholarships are reserved only for teachers or only for students holding Excellent CGPA, or only for BUET students. Foreigners don't know which one is good university in Bangladesh. If you can show good performance KUET will be best to him/her.
 You may Follow the steps:
      1. Search universities web site-

          as for example
for japan:     click on the link-      http://4icu.org/jp/ and for Japan select English version (some universities have no English version leave it and try for  next university)
                   for canada/ USA/ UK/ Australia: -  in google  type  -  "canadian  / USA/ UK/ Australian universities" .
2. You will see a list of universities. Click first one-  you will  enter  that university web page.
3.  Click on Departments/ Faculties- you will see the list of departments/ Faculties.
4. Click on department/ faculty same as your department/ which department you are looking for.
5. Click Faculty staff/ teachers- you will find a list of teachers with their contact informations.
6 Copy the email addresses one by one and paste on your compose page (on your own mail) and write message(you may save/ make draft a message and send same message to everyone).
7. If you fail to find out contact address go to search option and type "teachers of  the department(me/eee/cse...) "
7. Try for that professors where there is no Bangladeshi (honestly don't misunderstand me, you will see it in future why I wrote it. Forgive me for any mistakes and please don't reply any comments about it).

What you have to write on message? There is no specific formality writing to the professors. I mentioned what I did personally.
In subject: You may write: "from bangladesh",  "want to be a member of your research team" or any things that you think best.
On mail  : Start with My dear sir/ Dr / Sensie (only for Japaniese) and then write about you i.e your name, country, name of your university including CGPA and current year of study. Then write I am strongly wish to be a researcher(you may include your undergraduate research topics) and please give me a chance to work with you. I am pleased about your research area.......... as much as you can write smartly to convince him. AT last don't forget to write "if you can manage any RA/ TA for me it will be better for me" and Thank you. You may attach your RESUME (be sure that you wrote it as international format).

I tried to write that you need. Forgive me if I hurt anyone/ any communities/ any institutes. I don't need any comments in fever/opposite me.  I will be happy  if you  don't reply this  message.

GOOD LUCK to all KUETIANS. Pray for me please.

KAIST Scholarship

1. What is KAIST ?
KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology - http://
www.kaist.edu) is a public university belonging to the Korean
Ministry of Science and Technology. KAIST offers different level of
courses: undergraduate courses for Bachelor degree with 4-year-long
initial study, and postgraduate courses for Master and Ph.D degrees,
in all fields of engineering science. The degrees are accredited by
the Korean Government, as well as by the most of international
institutions and organizations.

Though relatively young, established in 1971, KAIST gained rapidly
worldwide reputation, and is often regarded as one of the leading
institutions of higher education for science and technology. KAIST is
renowned not only by its high standard education but also by its high
quality research outcomes.

KAIST counts about 7400 students - 2900 in undergraduate, and 4500 in
graduate courses -, and the undergraduates have variety of choice to
map out their future: further study for in-depth research works or
thrusting themselves into professional life. The research works at
KAIST are the top-of-the-range, and requires large number of
qualified graduate students. This is why roughly 85% of undergraduate
students are recruited for Master degree.

KAIST is located in Daedeok Science Town, the home to more than 60
government-supported and private research institutes, 4 universities,
and hundreds of venture businesses. The Science Town is situated in
the northern part of Daejeon, which is approximately 150km south of
Seoul. Daejeon has a population of over 1.3 million citizens. Taking
advantage of its geographical location, KAIST provides abundant
opportunities for research and learning through collaboration and
exchanges with institutions and organizations in the immediate
vicinity. Also, KAIST has Graduate School of Management which is
located in Seoul. It provides education program relating management
practice and technology policy.

Students graduated from KAIST are well-appreciated, nationally as
well as internationally, by a wide range of professional communities,
and are highly successful in their professional lives, thanks to the
excellence of education, innovative and creative, in an international
environment. In fact, students are encouraged to have international
experiences in foreign countries by doing industrial internship, dual
degree, or by simply doing an academic exchange.

2. Why international students?
KAIST has an ambitious plan to build a Global Campus where students
can pursuit their studies in order to meet the challenge of the
globalization of the industrial world. Korean and non-Korean students
will gain insight into the respective cultures of their friends,
future partners for the global economy.

In addition, Korea was helped, in the past, by the international
community to emerge from poverty. Korea has set up a myth of economic
development, and now is among the most industrialized countries. For
Korea, it is time to repay the international community through the
education of young future leaders.

as
- enrolment without declaration of major

The teaching at KAIST is designed to maximize the knowledge building
through the interweave between theory and experiments. Students are
encouraged either to undertake research activities (Undergraduate
Research Program Grants ca. 15~20 thousands US$) or to take part in
the research projects. Creativity is built up through the systemized
teaching, such as interaction, experimental works, and tutorships

A wide range of choice of natural and engineering sciences is offered.

- Mechanical, Aerospace & System engineering
- Civil and Environmental Engineering
- Industrial Design
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering and Electronics
